When it couldn’t get any better – The Knights Of The Realm deliver yet another stunning song following their successful debut single “Fields Of Fire”. Since it’s release, international press have started noticing this Swedish band. Blabbermouth, Rock Hard, Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles, they all agree that this is a classic metal album in the making.
”When Metal Meets The Beast” is another slice of classic Heavy Metal courtesy of the tour de force that is Knights Of The Realm. Magnus ”Megalomangan” Henriksson (Eclipse, W.E.T) delivers tasty guitar work and some epic guitar solos. The gritty yet melodic vocals from the Mean Machine (Marcus Von Boisman) fit the song perfectly, and as ever, Lars Sköld, or as he’s known here Larry ”The Hammer” Shield (Tiamat) is keeping it heavy with his trademark solid groove.
The video is as epic as the song, and although it is tongue in cheek, it displays a band on a mission to reinvent the 80’s style metal we all love.
The self titled album ”Knights Of The Realm” will be released on November 12th.
